BENEFITS AND VIRTUES

Xinhui mandarin peel is recognized in Chinese dietetics for two major actions:

  • Regulates breath (Qi) and tonifies the spleen – It helps relieve bloating, nausea, and lack of appetite linked to digestive stagnation.

  • Dries dampness and dissolves phlegm – It is traditionally used in cases of productive cough, abundant phlegm, or a sensation of heaviness.

  • Metabolic ally
Contributes to regulating the circulation of body fluids and helps reduce the sensation of heaviness linked to internal dampness.

  • General well-being
Rich in flavonoids naturally transformed by aging, it provides a gentle antioxidant effect and supports the body's balance on a daily basis.
